A model life
Ashley was scouted at the age of 13 at her local mall in Nebraska, and since then she’s risen to the highest ranks of modelling, gracing the catwalks for designer labels such as Dolce & Gabbana and Michael Kors.
In 2016, she became the first plus-size model to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s coveted Swimsuit Issue and is credited as "bringing size acceptance into the mainstream".
In an interview with Vogue in 2017 the US size 16 (AU size 20) beauty said, "I definitely think that my body has changed many peoples’ lives.”
She and filmmaker Justin met at church in 2009 and married the following year.
