'Southern Hospitality's Maddie Reese Says She Was 'Traumatized From Men' When She Began Dating Joe Bradley (Exclusive)
Joe Bradley and Maddie Reese are finally giving their love a shot. As Season 3 of Southern Hospitality airs on Bravo, the will-they-won't they couple of the series shocked viewers when the season premiere revealed the two were officially giving it a try after years of flirtation. While we are only three episodes in, the show is already bringing the intense drama and shifting dynamics we've come to expect from the young staff of Leva Bonaparte's Republic Garden & Lounge in Charleston.
In Parade's exclusive interview with the new couple, we break down the shifting dynamics in their friend group, how they're handling making their relationship public and what fans can expect from the remaining episodes.

"I think it's exciting," Bradley says. "This is a new chapter for us. We've been together for most of the year, and we went through this all a while ago, so we'll never get used to watching it all back. It's a lot of mixed feelings."
"When we were filming the show, I was still in a, 'Can I trust men?' period," Reese explains. Over the course of Southern Hospitality's three years on Bravo, Reese's personal life has certainly taken center stage.
From infidelity rumors in her last relationship, break-ups and career woes, she has put it all out there. Now, in her new relationship with Bradley, there is a rejuvinated energy surrounding her, though she admits, "I was still a little bit traumatized from men."
"I feel like it's therapy," Reese explains about watching the series back "You really get to reflect on the decisions you made in the moment."
What separates Southern Hospitality from other shows on Bravo is the workplace dynamics. These people are in each other's lives every day, with or without cameras.
"We're not like Summer House. We all work together," Bradley explains "After that reunion, I saw them the very next week, and the whole thing with TJ, that was tough because I was going to work and seeing him every day." In case you missed it, the Season 2 reunion saw TJ Dinch and Bradley go head to head after the former confirmed a rumor that Bradley had hooked up with Luann de Lesseps, cheating on his then-girlfriend Danielle Olivera of Summer House.

"TJ and I waited way too long, and the only boundary between us was the bar," Joe quips, keeping it coy as to whether or not the once close friends will be able to repair their friendship this season.
"We are a family, and if I didn't care about our friends, it wouldn't bother me as much," he adds. "I take it as a positive thing. If I'm really upset about one of my fights with my cast members, that just means that I care. It cuts deeper."
"You also want to go into work and like, have a good time and make money at the same time," Reese adds. "It's not a good time if your co-workers are fighting with you, you now what I mean?!"
Southern Hospitality airs on Thursday nights on Bravo.
