Former Jonas Brothers star Joe Jonas and Game of Thrones’ Sophie Turner have welcomed their first child.
Reports from TMZ say the pair welcomed a baby girl last Wednesday, July 22 in Los Angeles, California, rather than Sophie’s home in the United Kingdom.
Sophie and Joe have reportedly called the baby Willa.
“Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are delighted to announce the birth of their baby,” a spokesperson told US entertainment site Page Six.
Meanwhile, a source reportedly shared with Entertainment Tonight that the pair are ‘over the moon’.
"The couple is already obsessed and can't stop gloating about their new addition,” the source said, adding that with the pandemic still gripping the United States, they have been forced to be very careful with who meets the baby.
Sophie and Joe never officially announced their pregnancy, with sightings of Sophie’s baby bump the only confirmation that the pair were expecting.
The 23-year-old actress, who married the 30-year-old Jonas Brother star in a lavish wedding last year, was said to be over the moon about the new chapter in the couple’s life.
Sophie and Joe tied the knot in Las Vegas in May 2019 in a spontaneous wedding following the Billboard Music Awards, and hosted an official ceremony for family and friends the following month in France.
The Game of Thrones actress previously revealed her dad was "beyond pleased" when she married Joe.
Whilst Joe admitted his own parents found out about his Vegas wedding online, but he didn't think they'd mind because it was only the "legal portion" of the marriage and they had planned a second ceremony for everyone to attend.
