Sophia Culpo’s boyfriend, Michael Stevens, has brought a different kind of joy into her life.

The Culpo Sisters alum went public with their relationship in October 2023, and she hasn’t shied away from sharing sweet moments with Stevens since.

“You just make everything better,” Culpo wrote in the caption of her Instagram reel in honor of Stevens’ birthday in November 2023. “Kind, thoughtful, FUNNY, and so very sweet.”

Prior to dating Stevens, Culpo was in a relationship for two years with Miami Dolphins player Braxton Berrios before they called it quits in March 2023.

He's a lawyer

Stevens graduated in 2012 from the University of Utah with a bachelor of science degree in psychology, per his LinkedIn. He went on to attend UCLA and graduated in 2016 with his MBA. and JD.

After completing his degrees at UCLA, he worked for Wag!, Goodwin, Fitplan and other companies in various business and legal roles. Since August 2023, he has served as the co-founder and managing partner of Highline Legal.

He’s a comedian and business founder

In addition to his corporate job, Stevens does standup comedy and has performed at venues and comedy clubs in the Los Angeles area.

He is also the co-founder of Happi Saunas, a Los Angeles sauna studio opening in summer 2024.

He’s been linked to Culpo since 2023

Culpo and Stevens announced their relationship in October 2023 when they shared their different couples costumes for Halloween.

They both posted photos on Instagram of them celebrating the holiday as Trinity and Neo from The Matrix and as Frances "Baby" Houseman and Johnny Castle from Dirty Dancing.

He’s a dog dad

Stevens is a dog dad to Sunny, who he adopted in December 2022 from The Labelle Foundation in Los Angeles.

They made their red carpet debut in 2024

In February 2024, Culpo and Stevens stepped out on the red carpet together for the first time at the People's Choice Awards.

In November 2023, Stevens celebrated his girlfriend’s 27th birthday and dedicated a sweet Instagram caption to her on the special day.

“Strength. Beauty. Intuition. Kindness. Grace,” he wrote alongside clips of them walking their dogs, sitting on the beach, enjoying a boat ride and more.

He added, “My favorite surprise of 2023. Happy birthday Sophia!”

With Stevens’ birthday falling only a week later, the couple enjoyed a dual birthday trip to celebrate. The influencer shared a carousel of photos to Instagram from their stay in an Airstream and wrote, “Scorpio x2 birthday getaway.”

He attended Olivia Culpo’s wedding

Stevens was in attendance with his girlfriend for the wedding of Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey in June 2024.

Though it was a phone-free day so guests could live in the moment, the bride’s younger sister took PEOPLE along for the hours leading up to the nuptials, including a sweet moment with her boyfriend.

In the first clip of her exclusive video, she shows herself waking up in bed with Stevens and her dog Charlie. After having her “natural makeup” look applied and hair styled into a low, slicked-back bun, Stevens joined Culpo in the bathroom to have his hair done but was interrupted by Olivia.

After she exits the video, Sophia applies product to Stevens’ hair while he sits on the edge of a bathtub.
