Skittles is known for its classic “taste the rainbow” chewy candies with fruity flavors of orange, lemon, lime, grape, and strawberry. However, the brand has also been known to change things up a bit and introduce some pretty interesting products.

Remember those French’s mustard-flavored Skittles? Or who could forget the refreshingly delicious Skittles Freezer Pops?

Now, Skittles has a brand-new product heading to shelves and you won’t find it in the candy aisle or the freezer section.

Not to be confused with the Skittles Gummies, which are super squishy and come in a variety of flavors—including Original, Wild Berry, and Sour—the Skittles Fruit Snacks are made with real fruit juice and will be offered in the Original Skittles flavor only. Think those Welch’s and Mott’s Fruit Snacks from childhood but with bursts of your favorite Skittles flavor.

The Skittles Fruit Snacks will be available in a 42-count box at Costco and BJ's stores beginning August 1, and the brand says it has plans to introduce them to Sam's Club stores later this fall.
