Seth Meyers Uses Brutal Reminder To Explain Why Trump Return Is Not A Sure Thing
Seth Meyers on Wednesday explained why former President Donald Trump’s return to the White House is anything but a foregone conclusion.
“I have no idea what’s going to happen next week. The polls are a coin toss,” the “Late Night” comedian acknowledged.
“But one thing I do know is this: Trump is not inevitable,” he said.
“Don’t let yourself feel that way,” he urged viewers.
Trump “fell ass-backwards into the presidency one time, despite losing the popular vote by 3 million, and he and his MAGA minions have been routed in election after election since then,” Meyers noted.
“He’s not some unstoppable juggernaut,” he added.
