A Sephora alum of 18 years, Patrick was appointed president of the retailer in 2023 and named CEO, North America, last March, succeeding Jean-André Rougeot upon his retirement. With sales of $10 billion, Sephora is the largest prestige beauty retailer in the U.S.

“I’m incredibly humbled to receive this recognition from Parsons and The New School,” said Patrick in a statement. “Being a part of Sephora and the larger beauty industry, celebrating and cultivating expression, innovation and creativity is integral to the continued evolution of this beautiful community. Parsons is leading the way in educating and helping to shape the next generation of creatives and I’m energized for what the future holds and honored to be a part of this journey.”

Past Parsons Table Award honorees include Donna Karan, Rihanna, Jason Wu, Vera Wang, Olivier Rousteing and more.
