Selena Gomez Went Blonde for Her and Benny Blanco's Couple's Halloween Costume

"Curiouser and curiouser."

Halloween may still be a few days away, but that's not stopping Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco from getting into the spooky spirit early. On Saturday, the pair debuted their first-ever couple's costume, and their commitment to the theme didn't go unnoticed. 

In a slideshow of photos shared to Gomez's Instagram grid, the pair dressed up as Alice and the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland. Not cutting corners in the least, the singer-slash-actress ditched her dark brunette hair for a blonde wig with a black headband and wore a light blue off-the-shoulder tulle dress that was similar to Alice's version in both the book and film. She accessorized with black and white Mary Jane pumps paired with white ruffled socks and complemented her flushed cheeks with a swipe of rosy pink lipstick.

Blanco, for his part, was practically unrecognizable in a bright orange curly wig and white face paint. He wore a light brown tailcoat with a polka-dot shirt and purple scarf underneath, and completed his look with a giant gold top hat with a hot pink sash tied just above the brim. 

"Curiouser and curiouser..," Gomez captioned her post, which showed the couple holding hands while posing together on a green floral couch covered with stuffed animals, adding to the whimsical vibe.

Gomez and Blanco officially went public with their romance in December 2023 and have been going strong ever since. In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, the Only Murders in the Building star opened up about her loving relationship with Blanco, telling the outlet: "I’ve never been loved this way. He’s just been a light. A complete light in my life. He’s my best friend. I love telling him everything."
