Yahoo Lifestyle Selena Gomez Marries Old Hollywood Glamour With Romantic Details in Celine for SAG Awards 2025 Red Carpet
Selena Gomez channeled old Hollywood glamour in a custom Celine gown for the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles. The actress was nominated for her role in the Netflix musical “Emilia Pérez” this year.
Gomez’s Celine dress featured an off-the-shoulder neckline, a wrap-style bodice with structured draping across the shoulders and bust, and a dramatic side slit that extended up her leg.

The dress was paired with black strappy sandals, diamond drop earrings and her marquise-shaped engagement ring from fiancé Benny Blanco. The ring’s price is estimated at roughly $200,000, according to the diamond experts from United Kingdom retailer Steven Stone.
The founder of “Rare Beauty” wore her hair in a vintage-inspired bob with a sleek middle part and ends curled under.
Gomez was styled by Erin Walsh, with whom she’s been working since June 2023. Walsh is also known for styling Anne Hathaway and Juno Temple.
In her most recent red carpet appearances, Gomez was seen in looks by Vera Wang, Alaïa, Saint Laurent, Elie Saab, Rodarte and Chanel.
For the 2025 Golden Globes in January, the singer channeled “Cinderella” in a custom Prada column gown in sky-blue silk fabric with apron skirt detailing. She accessorized with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
Gomez had a busy 2024. Besides promoting her work in “Emilia Pérez” and “Only Murders in the Building,” she also promoted new releases from her beauty brand, Rare Beauty. “I am in such a happy place right now and it feels great to be able to say that,” she told WWD in March.
The 2025 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, held on Sunday at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles and hosted by Kristen Bell, honor the best performances in film and TV from 2024. “Shōgun” and “Wicked” lead the nominees with five nods each. Jane Fonda will receive the Life Achievement Award.
