Benny Blanco really knows the way to Selena Gomez's heart.
Instead of flowers, the record producer decided to give his fiancée a Valentine's Day surprise she'll never forget—but fans on social media aren't exactly sure how to feel about it.
In a clip posted to TikTok on Friday, Feb. 14, Blanco, 36, showed off the romantic gesture he had in store for Gomez, 32, which had to do with some tortilla chips and a lot of cheese.
The video featured Blanco walking across a bathroom floor that was decorated with a trail of chips that led to the message "I Love You" spelled out with chips.
Next to the sweet message was a bathtub completely full of a creamy cheese dip, which Blanco tested out by grabbing a chip from a nearby bowl and dipping it right into the cheese.
"when your fiancé isnt much of a flowers girl," he captioned the post, while adding in the comments, "i'm in the best relation...chip."
But fans weren't exactly sure how to feel about the cheesy gesture, with commenters on the post expressing some mixed reactions to the clip.
"That's the sweetest thing ever, but all I can think about is how are you gonna clean that tub," one person wrote, while someone else called the gesture "wasteful."
"The thought of cleaning that is giving me anxiety," one commenter added.
Another user wrote, "tell me there's a false bottom to that, my 41 year old self is concerned with plumbing."
"Put a whole new meaning on taking a dip," someone else quipped, while another user sarcastically added, "May this kind of love never find me ❤️."
But some fans thought it was a sweet gesture regardless, with one user writing, "I am crying this is so cute."
