Savannah Guthrie Reveals the Sweet Text She Got from Daughter Vale After She Found Out Taylor Swift Was at the U.S. Open

Guthrie's daughter sent her an adorable message to relay to Swift at the U.S. Open

Savannah Guthrie's daughter had the sweetest message for Taylor Swift after learning her mom and the "Cruel Summer" singer were both at the U.S. Open.

After learning that Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce, both 34, were also at the men's final on Sunday, Sept. 9, Guthrie's daughter Vale, 10, sent her mom a string of texts, with a message specifically for Swift.

"It's Vale. Did you meet her???" read the texts, which Guthrie, 52, shared on her Instagram Stories.

"Tell her I wrote her a fan letter and she is the best singer in the world," the texts continue, ending with a gif with the caption, "Did someone say, Taylor Swift."

Guthrie then shared a selfie of Vale on her Instagram Stories, smiling as she wears a tie-dye T-shirt and retainer.

The Today host shares Vale and daughter Charley, 7, with husband Michael Feldman.

Earlier this month, Guthrie shared a photo on her Instagram as her son Charley and daughter Vale got ready for their first days of school. In the sweet photo, the two siblings hugged each other as their mom snapped their photo before leaving for class.

Guthrie added a "First Day of School" sticker and wrote, "Second grade and fifth grade loading...." across the picture.

In August, the mom of two honored her daughter Vale on Instagram as she turned 10 years old. Sharing various pictures of her little girl, the proud mom wrote, "Ten years of this magical girl."

"My whole heart and soul. Happy birthday dearest Vale!" she continued in the caption.

In addition to the many snapshots of Vale, Guthrie shared two cute selfies of the mother-daughter duo smiling together, and another sweet snap of Vale with her dad and Guthrie's husband.
