"There’s legislation, like, stop singing in there, stop holding up signs, stop censoring the left and then the right. You’re feckless!"

Hell hath no fury like Sara Haines telling Congress to get their act together.

The 47-year-old cohost did not hold back her thoughts about the current state of Congress during Friday's episode of The View, issuing several scathing remarks about the House and Senate amid a hotter than hot Hot Topics discussion about Congress' recent censuring of Democratic representative Al Green.

“My bigger outrage is that every one of those elected officials was put there because of voters. They have a job to do, and what they keep doing is not doing their job,” Haines said. “Censures are like a slap on the wrist, and all they wanna do is, ‘It was him, it was her, it was this.’ They fight against each other rather than work with one another. We send them there to make legislation to move the ball forward.”

Haines noted that the U.S. is heading toward a government shutdown and the Department of Veterans Affairs plans to cut more than 70,000 jobs amid the Trump administration’s federal restructuring.

“Those are problems people care about. Stop fighting like little wieners in D.C. and start answering to your constituents!” she said, raising her voice as her cohosts laughed over her word choice. “This censor stuff… this is all pathetic.”

Sunny Hostin jumped into the conversation to note that it was the Republican party that was “in charge of all these problems” given they currently have control of the House and Senate. “What I’m saying is get the work done!" Haines snapped. "There’s legislation, like, stop singing in there, stop holding up signs, stop censoring the left and then the right. You’re feckless!”

Joy Behar then interjected to correct Haines' word choice. “Censuring, it’s two different words,” she pointed out, to which Haines replied, “I don’t care. You’re feckless! And what they’re doing is they’re having more fun fighting with each other, putting on their little partisan jerseys, than they are representing the constituents that voted them there.”

Ana Navarro added that citizens have been doing a solid job in making their representatives fearful of losing their jobs if they failed to properly represent them in Congress.

“The people are amazing,” Haines agreed. “It should always be about the people."
