Salma Hayek Embraces Pastel Hues in Lilac Lace Skirt Set at Valentino’s Spring 2025 Show During Paris Fashion Week

Salma Hayek made the case for pastels this fall while sitting front row at Valentino’s spring 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week.

The actress sported a lilac lace blouse and a matching midi skirt, pairing it with a satin turban and a layered pearl necklace. Rose gold peep-toe platforms and oversized shades completed Hayek’s glamorous look.

The “Without Blood” star was accompanied by her husband, Kering’s chief executive officer François-Henri Pinault. The luxury conglomerate owns brands including Saint Laurent, Gucci and Balenciaga.

Valentino’s latest presentation marked creative director Alessandro Michele’s fashion show debut with the Italian label. He succeeds designer Pierpaolo Piccioli, who exited Valentino after 25 years in 2024.

In a March Instagram post, Michele wrote that his new role comes with “enormous responsibility.”

“[Valentino] has engraved the word ‘beauty’ in a collective story made of research and extreme grace. My first thought goes to this story: to the richness of its cultural and symbolic heritage, to the sense of wonder that it has been able to constantly generate, to the very precious identity that its founding fathers, Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti, gave it with unbridled love. These are references that have always been an indisputable source of inspiration for me and to which I intend to pay tribute by rereading them through my creative vision.”

Earlier this month, Hayek and Pinault cohosted Kering’s third annual Caring for Women dinner. The company’s eponymous foundation, which is celebrating its 16th anniversary, raised $2 million to end gender-based violence.

The event’s A-list co-chairs included Naomi Watts, Matthew McConaughey, Priyanka Chopra and Kim Kardashian.
