Team USA rugby standout Ilona Maher isn’t the only viral star in her family!

The athlete, who on Tuesday won a bronze medal with her women’s rugby sevens team, brought her family along to Paris for the 2024 Olympic Games — including sister Olivia, who last year coined the viral trend “girl dinner.”

While talking with PEOPLE at the Team USA house in Paris, Ilona, 27, even brought Olivia, 29, into the fun, with the two sisters smiling and hugging for the camera.

“She’s right over there, girl dinner inventor. Come here, come say hi for a minute. This is the inventor of Girl Dinner. She’s my manager, my boss, my everything. She does it all,” Ilona told PEOPLE.

Olivia then joked that she was Ilona’s “idol” as well, and offered up some goodies (cookies!) given to her by two-time gold medalist Summer Sanders.

Though Ilona — whose other sister Adrianna is also in Paris to cheer her on — has amassed more than 2 million followers on Instagram thanks to her hilarious videos about life as an Olympic athlete, Olivia has a solid following of her own. Last spring, she went viral on TikTok after making a video about the appeal of eating a minimal-effort meal for dinner, like cheese and bread.

“A girl just came on here and said how, like, in medieval times peasants had to eat nothing but bread and cheese and how awful that was — and she was like that’s my ideal meal,” Olivia said in the video. “I call this 'girl dinner' or 'medieval peasant.' ”

When asked what her ideal “girl dinner” in Paris would be, Ilona said that while competing, she was focused on protein and carbs — but now that she’s secured a medal, she’s able to expand her palate.

“It’ll be a lot of bread, a lot of cheese, a lot of meats. Not a vegetable in sight,” she joked. “I just want a classic steak frites, man. Get me that with some sauce on there, on a terrace with a glass of wine, and that’s what I want.”

After taking home bronze in a dramatic comeback victory over Australia on Tuesday, Ilona says the excitement has yet to sink in.

“Honestly, I’m still trying to figure out how it feels. It still doesn’t feel real. It was so exciting,” she said. “And I think as I was watching Spiff [Alex Sedrick, who had the game-winning play] run down the field, I was like, 'No way, is this happening? Like, are we about to do this?' And it was just so crazy. What a fun ending for everybody. Exciting ending. So it feels, I don’t know when it’s gonna feel real, honestly.”
