Robert Irwin Fans Gush Over His 'Irwin Charm' in Video of Him Saving Endangered Animal

Robert Irwin, the son of Terri and Steve Irwin, shared a new video showcasing an endangered species of turtles, and fans couldn't get enough of his charming personality.

Sharing the clip to Instagram, Robert wrote in the caption, "Saving endangered turtles at our Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital!" In the video, he showed off a new "very, very special" baby white-throated snapping turtle, an endangered species.

He told the story of how the mother turtle faced difficulties while nesting due to getting "caught up in barbed wire." Robert explained that they saved two of the eggs, with one hatching to be the turtle in his hand, while the other was yet to hatch. He then showed off a full adult white-throated snapping turtle that the wildlife hospital was also helping with her eggs.

Fans enjoyed the sweet video update, with comments like, "A hero's work 💛," "Your dad shines through you," and "So cute! Bravo Robert! Awesome! 🥰👏."

One person was in awe of the ease with which Robert handled the turtles, saying, "Cannot tell if that's the Irwin Charm or if these snappers are just that calm."

"I look forward to all the positivity when you post. The kindness you emit is needed so much in today's society. Thank you for doing what you do!❤️," wrote a different fan.

Robert's mother Terri also commented, saying, "Such a special little turtle!🐢," while the Australia Zoo chimed in, "So incredibly rare and such a privilege to save these incredible turtles! 💚 🐢."

The 20-year-old continues to bring in more fans with both his earnest charm and the care with which he talks about animals, with Robert's new video only the latest example.

Recently, he even had fans fascinated as he casually rescued a microbat found in his gym as he worked out, showing fans exactly what not to do if they found themselves in the same situation.
