The 28-year-old then fired back on her account writing, "Today is National Action Against Bullying Day - bullying on social media has to stop! I know a lot of you just think you're 'expressing your opinion' and 'there's nothing wrong with that' .... But if you are saying hurtful & negative things to someone...especially about their appearance - it's bullying. If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all."

Ricki-Lee then posted a snap of her bikini body on her account, and she wrote, "I started out in this business 10 years ago when I was 18 years old. In that time I've endured constant taunts & criticism about the way I look.
"I've been called every name under the sun & have always managed to maintain an unbreakable self confidence. It's that self confidence that I've always tried to encourage women to have.

"The kind of confidence where it doesn't matter what anybody says - you are happy with yourself. It's never mattered to me what size I am - I've always been full of confidence & always felt comfortable in my skin & felt sexy no matter what size.

"I hope this puts an end to the ridiculous comments about the way I look. Yes, my collar bones stick out...they always have. But I've still got curves in all the right places. X"
The Raining Diamonds singer spoke out about her decision to lose weight last year, "The decision to get fit and to lose weight was not to fit that stereotype. I wasn't always 30 kilograms heavier - that is what people forget", she said.
"I put that weight on after my divorce. I ate to comfort myself" she added.
