Rebel’s celeb pals were quick to compliment her appearance in the comments.

After declaring 2020 as her ‘Year of Health’, Rebel reached her goal weight of 75g back in November.

Speaking with Yahoo Lifestyle, Rebel’s Australian trainer Jono Castano revealed the secret to transforming your body.

"I am such a big believer in starting as soon as you decide to change your habits," Jono said.

"So for me, starting a new lifestyle in a fresh year or even a fresh week isn't something I would suggest.”

“It's never too late to make a change for a healthier lifestyle and these don’t need to be drastic.”

Jono, who is the founder of the Acero Training Series, suggests beginning your own health journey with a series of small habits.

"For example, if you wanted to start running you could add five minutes a day to your routine," he said. "As the weeks go on, you'll get fitter and feel five minutes is too easy so you will push to 10 minutes. Eventually, you could run non-stop for 45 minutes.

"But, imagine adding that 45-minute run when you aren't conditioned to. It sounds daunting, right? Small daily habits and starting as soon as you decide to is the key, and using a device like a Fitbit to track your progress will highlight how you’ve improved over time."
