If you’re unsure whether you’ve just peeped into a high-falutin lawyer’s sexy private evening of modern dance and late night swims, or perused the market looking for a centrally located property you’ve probably just watched LJ Hooker Bankstown’s most recent real estate ad.

In an advertising strategy that could have only been cooked up over a few Johnny Black neats at the the local RSL, one property has received a Hollywood makeover, and society’s ushered in a new sex symbol: 42 Chamberlain Road Padstow.

Still available to view on the production companies site, Sydney’s sexiest property has been treated to a highly produced real estate extravaganza and it’s going viral.

You won’t need to watch the full two and a half minutes of dramatic footage to figure out why, but we recommend you do anyway because it’s pretty damn phenomenal.

Apparently when it comes to selling a house these days we’ve ditched the mini billboards in our front lawns for highly-produced videos overlaid with the kind of autotune music that would make T-Pain proud.

If this ultra-modern mansion isn’t flying off the market within the hour then I’ve lost all faith in the power of the crossover genre of RnB music videos and real estate advertisement, and a well placed sports car in a driveway.

Oozing sexual energy from every one of it’s sharp angles and super zooms, the video aims to showcase the Padstow property to it’s full sexy potential, and with two lead characters who are like the the Sims version of Mike and Heidi from MAFS, it doesn’t disappoint.

The ad (art) features random moments in which our central characters break into sexually charged contemporary dance routines.

At one point they appear to need a private moment as our sexy man lays our sexy woman on the kitchen counter, but the dance continues and our attention is whisked back to the marble detail and open-plan design.

Our dirty tour culminates in a highly suggestive lingering shot of the bedroom, before we are plunged into darkness.

But the sauciest character of all is the real leading lady- number 42 herself.

Throwing advertising budgets to the wind the video uses drone footage, dramatic angles and a smattering of contemporary dance to breathe life into the mansion and accentuate every curve and angle.

It’s no wonder this bad boy ended up on Youtube rather than getting the prime time slot it deserves; you know every last penny went to production costs.

The man at the centre of the year’s sexiest listing, Sam Nadar, has not responded to comment, but it’s not the first time LJ Hooker Bankstown has dabbled in the dark arts of video production.

Their Youtube page features a number of properties who have receive a similar movie makeover, but none came out with the same pizzazz of 42 Chamberlain road and her horny occupants.

Move aside 42 Wallaby way Sydney because there’s a new 42 in town and she’s got everybody’s attention.
