Queen Latifah Styles Quilted Moschino Jacket for Meghan Thee Stallion’s Performance at 2025 Coachella

Queen Latifah made a surprise appearance at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Sunday in Indio, Calif. The venerated artist and iconic rapper joined Grammy Award winner Meghan Thee Stallion onstage during the “Savage” rapper’s performance.

For the occasion, Queen Latifah gave festival dressing an edgy appeal with ’90s flavor. The artist opted for a quilted high-neck jacket courtesy of Boutique Moschino, which features designs akin to Moschino’s main line.

The quilted jacket featured an inky black color palette with a voluminous texture. Beneath the jacket, Latifah wore a coordinated structured black sleeveless top. As for her accessories, the artist opted to add some sparkle to her look.

Latifah styled statement earrings along with dazzling rings, bracelets and a timepiece to go along with her look. Her hair style featured nods to the early aughts and ’90s in a half-up, half-down look with feathered pieces.

Latifah’s signature style often carries references to a previous era in fashion. Structure and volume are key elements of her style, and those qualities were on full display when the rapper attended the Thom Browne fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection presentation during New York Fashion Week last February.

Several stars graced the Coachella 2025 stage during the first weekend of performances. Tyla, Lady Gaga and more stars were among the major artists who performed for the annual music and arts festival. Kylie Jenner and more celebrities made appearances at the festival, as well.
