Princess Mary's hair transformation: Aussie royal debuts new look
Princess Mary has debuted a new shorter hairstyle during a royal engagement this week, farewelling her long brunette locks.
The 49-year-old Danish royal attended an event in Nærum, north of Copenhagen, to mark the United Nations International Day of the Girl Child.
Mary met with students at Nærum High School before watching a talk by Pamela Apolega, who spoke about the humanitarian crisis happening in West Africa.
She has been very busy carrying out countless royal engagements across Denmark and Europe over the past few weeks making it even more impressive that she had time to get the chop.

Princess Mary has been wowing royal fans with her impeccable style during her royal engagements over the last months.
In August, she stunned in a sunny outfit at the Copenhagen 2021 Human Rights Forum. The Australian-born royal wore a candied pink pair of palazzo trousers that are the perfect inspiration for spring/summer dressing.
Shortly after, she also made an appearance at the Social Capital Fund's 10-year anniversary conference looking fabulous in an ivory silk blouse from BOSS and a black and patterned skirt from nordic label Adiata.
