Princess Beatrice and her millionaire boyfriend Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are “set to marry within months after moving in together at St James’s Palace,” according to reports.
The royal, 30, and property developer, 35, who are believed to have started dating around the time of Beatrice’s sister Princess Eugenie’s wedding in October, are reportedly planning to get married at the end of 2019 or early 2020.
Edo, as he is known to his friends, works as the CEO of Banda Property, which he founded in 2007.
He’s the son of Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi and Nikki Shale and has a two year-old son Christopher ‘Wolfie’ Woolf from his previous marriage with Chinese-American architect Dara Huang.
“Edo has moved in with Beatrice at her apartment in St James’s Palace and spends most of his time there,” a source told the The Sun on Sunday.
“They can hardly keep their hands off each other and spend every moment they can together.
“I don’t know if he has actually got down on one knee with a ring yet but they are openly talking about marriage and it will either be later this year or possibly early in 2020.”
Beatrice and Edo made their first official public appearance at a National Portrait Gallery gala last month, which the Duchess of Cambridge also attended.
Last weekend the couple also joined Beatrice’s parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson at the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Beatrice has been single since splitting from her American boyfriend Dave Clark in 2016 after a decade together. Clark married Lynn Anderson, a New York advertising executive, in a lavish wedding ceremony in Puglia, Italy in July 2018.
