How Prince Harry skipped out on $54k Las Vegas bill

Before he entered into blissful married life with Meghan Markle, Prince Harry was a major party boy attracting scandalous headlines the world over.

One particularly wild trip for the party prince was in 2012 when 27-year-old Harry was in Las Vegas.

If you don’t recall, it involved a five-star hotel suite, plenty of “hot chicks”, a generous amount of booze, a game of strip pool, and, oh, his nether regions being put on display for the whole world to see.

Of course, Harry didn’t intend for the latter to go viral, but one of the ladies in attendance provided photographs to the press.

Harry, who was also joined by his two best friends Tom Inskip and Arthur Landon on the trip, racked up a $54,000 bill for the trio’s three-night stay.

However, it has since transpired that they didn’t pay a single cent of the tab.

In a new documentary which was recently released in the United Kingdom, royal biographer and Vanity Fair correspondent Katie Nicholl spilled the tea about who footed the bill from Harry’s wild weekend.

“Steve Wynn, the owner of the hotel Harry was staying in, just wiped the slate clean,” Nicholl said.

The Wynn Las Vegas is one of the many resorts the billionaire owns, and it seems if you’re from high enough places he’ll take care of the all-important bill for you.

It was reported their final bill was quite a few pages long and included details of the suite which cost $9,200 per night, dinners at the hotel’s SW Steakhouse, drinks at the resort’s nightclub Surrender and more.

It’s safe to say back in the day, Prince Harry knew how to throw a good party.
