Superglow smoothie recipe

This super easy-to-make smoothie is rich in carotenoids to help promote your skin’s radiance, starting today.

Makes 4 cups

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

340g rockmelon, cut into chunks and frozen
170g carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup shredded cos lettuce
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method:

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
