How Zoe will deal with Sonny's potential first-born jealousy
As excited as Zoe Foster-Blake and husband Hamish are to welcome their second child later this year, the couple are aware of how an addition will not only change the dynamics of the family, but have an impact on three-year-old son Sonny.
Speaking to Be at the 2017 TV Week Logie Awards in Melbourne on Sunday night, 36-year-old writer Zoe acknowledged her little boy may experience 'first-born jealousy' when his new sibling comes along.
"We’re very aware that he’s had one hundred per cent love from two people for three years," Zoe said.
As for how she will deal with the changes, she said: "I think I’m just going to take it as it comes... it's good a thing to have siblings".
So far Sonny has been very excited about becoming a big brother.
"It’s hard for them because they don’t understand time," Zoe shared. "He’s like, 'Is it tomorrow, when?' I think he’s excited."
Zoe revealed she was expecting a second child with husband Hamish last December.
And on Sunday night at the Logies, she had that beautiful pregnancy glow, stepping out in a stunning floral gown by Australian designer Con Ilio, that perfectly cradled her growing baby bump.
The one-shoulder design was covered in sequins and she teamed it with a pair of strappy Gucci gold shoes and adorned her fingers in jewels by Cerrone Jewellers.
