Pregnant Megan Fox Shares How She's Preparing for Baby No. 4 — and What She's Learned from Past Pregnancies (Exclusive)

Megan Fox is making sure she's in the right mindset as she settles into her fourth pregnancy.
The Jennifer's Body alum, 38, spoke with PEOPLE about her collaboration with REVOLVE and shared that since announcing she is expecting her fourth baby, her first with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, she's made some lifestyle adjustments.
"With this being child #4, I already have learned all the tricks to make my body feel well physically and mentally," Fox tells PEOPLE. "I am sleeping and exercising and sticking to my healthy diet and lifestyle, as always."

Elsewhere in the interview, Fox shared how her kids — sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green — reacted to learning that they were going to get a younger sibling.
"The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family and have promised to help out and pitch in," says Fox.
Last week, Kelly, born Colson Baker, commented for the first time since Fox announced she is pregnant with the couple's first baby together, giving an update on his new music and referencing the fact that he's going to be a father again soon. Kelly is already a dad to daughter Casie, 15, whom he shares with ex Emma Cannon.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Kelly wrote, "Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. when inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. don't worry."
"After all, im about to be a dad again!" Kelly sweetly ended his post.
Earlier in November, Fox announced the couple's exciting baby news news. The actress cradled her baby bump while covered in black liquid in an Instagram post, and in another snap, she held up a positive pregnancy test to the camera.
"Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️," she captioned the post, using song lyrics from Kelly's track "last november," a song about his and Fox's past pregnancy loss.
