Harry Potter star Jessie Cave, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child, has been rushed to hospital after testing positive to Covid-19.

"Triage, once again……Anyone else had covid in 3rd trimester & had it hit them like a tonne of bricks for weeks?" she wrote.

Jessie has also been dealing with extreme nausea during her pregnancy. But her battle with Covid-19 began in February, when she first shared she had been diagnosed with the virus, in addition to norovirus.

"Coronavirus followed by norovirus on top of the near-constant nausea this entire pregnancy," she wrote. "But I’m still managing to be a total ray of sunshine, don’t worry."

Jessie already shares three children with comedian Alfie Brown - six-year-old son Donnie, four-year-old daughter Margot, and 17-month old son Tenn.

This time last year, the mum was also in hospital because a then 11-week-old baby Tenn had tested positive to a ‘super powerful’ strain of Covid-19.

“Poor baby is covid positive. He’s okay and doing well but they are being vigilant and cautious, thankfully,” she said sharing an image on Instagram in January 2021.

Jessie confirmed she was pregnant with her fourth child back in December, when she posted a photo taken in a bathroom mirror by her sister Bebe where she could be seen cradling her bump.

“Can’t hide this new baby anymore," she captioned the image.

Jessie has previously spoken about the unconventional start to her relationship with Alfie Brown, as she fell pregnant with their first child in what was a one night stand

The couple split shortly after their daughter’s birth but rekindled their relationship after a few years apart.

As well as her work as a cartoonist, Jessie has continued acting and has appeared in programmes such as Trollied and Buffering as well as 2014 film Pride.
