Pregnant Carrie Bickmore stuns on the red carpet

It’s such a cliché, but Carrie Bickmore really was glowing when she stepped out for the Australian Commercial Radio Awards red carpet at the weekend.

The much-loved Project host, who also co-anchors afternoon radio show Carrie and Tommy on the Hit network, is pregnant with her third child and had her baby bump wrapped up in a gorgeous peach dress by Aussie designer Scanlan Theodore.

The form-fitting design featured a one shouldered neckline and ruffle across the front, and Carrie, 37, finished off the look with strappy silver sandal and matching earrings.

The top award of the night, the ‘Best On-Air Team’, went to KIISFM’s Kyle and Jackie O Show on FM, and Ray Hadley for AM, while ‘Best Entertainment Presenter’ was shared by Michael Moffett, Tanya Hennessy and Kate Ritchie. Unfortunately, Carrie and her team came away empty handed.

Carrie was one of the first people to congratulate the Duchess of Sussex on her pregnancy after Kensington Palace made the announcement while the Project going to air last week, and funnily enough, she had something in common with Meghan Markle.

Just as Meghan had arrived at Sydney airport hiding her tiny bump with folders, Carrie told viewers that she too had tried to conceal the early stages of her pregnancy with a clipboard.

Gold Logie winner Carrie is already a mum to 11-year-old son Oliver, whom she had with her late husband Greg Lange, and three-year-old daughter Evie, whom she shares with her partner Chris Walker.

She announcement she was pregnant with her third child in June, by sharing an Instagram video she recorded with her family.
