Pregnant Carrie Bickmore spotted buying last minute baby items

Carrie Bickmore’s due date can’t be too far away now, as the heavily pregnant 37-year-old has been spotted in the streets of Melbourne looking like she is about to pop.

The Project host – who is currently on maternity leave – was seen making a quick dash to the shops showing off her bump in a dark grey striped maxi dress paired with black sandals and a denim jacket.

And she looked casual as ever with her hair styled in a low ponytail with a black cap and sunnies.

Already a mum to 11-year-old son Oliver and three-year-old Evie, it looked as though Carrie was still short on baby supplies, making a last-minute dash to the baby shop.

Her main purchase was a baby rocker – most likely in hopes that it will help her newborn nap throughout the day. Smart move Carrie.

During her last radio shift on the afternoon Carrie and Tommy show, Carrie announced just how excited she was about expanding her little family, who she shares with husband Chris Walker.

However, her excitement doesn’t come without concern, as she ended breaking down in tears worried about the impact a new baby would have on the close bond formed between her other two children.

“They’re so cute together,” Carrie said.

“They’re a little team. He (Ollie) never thought he was going to get a baby brother or sister and then he got a little sister and they’re seven years apart and they’re joined at the hip,” she continued.

“And I know families of three and I know they’ll all love each other so much, but I don’t want anything to happen to their bond. So it makes me a little sad,” she said.

“Ollie thinks we’re having a boy and Evie thinks we’re having a girl so one of them is going to be very disappointed and one very excited,” she added.

And we’re probably just as impatient as her two little ones to find out the gender and name of the new bub.
