Pete Davidson has dated just about every It girl around: Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, Phoebe Dynevor, Madelyn Cline, and now...the cool girl clothing brand Reformation, apparently. Yes, Reformation has officially announced Pete Davidson as their boyfriend. Which basically means, that he's starring in their new campaign, aptly titled "Official Boyfriend," while also debuting his freshly tattoo-less torso.

That's right, not only is Pete Davidson dating your favorite seller of chic little dresses, he is also tattoo-free—at least, he looks tattoo-free in this campaign. It's worth noting that other recent images of the actor show he still has some faded tattoos on his arms. Here he is last weekend:

The campaign marks the launch of the brand's limited edition sweatshirts and boxer briefs. "We have some news. We got a boyfriend. And not just any boyfriend. The boyfriend. Pete Davidson, the go-to complement to beautiful and talented women everywhere, has officially partnered with Reformation, the other go-to complement to beautiful and talented women everywhere," the company shared in a press release. "You’ve seen regular boyfriends on shopping trips–uninspired, bored, playing chess on their phone. Our boyfriend is different. He supports your decisions. He’s invested in your happiness. He notices the difference between the Val Mid-Rise Jeans and the Abby Low-Rise Jeans. That’s enough to make us love Pete, but we also have a ton in common. Like reliability. Flattery. Sexiness. We got together for our new campaign featuring 100% boyfriend material–Pete, but also some comforting basics like limited-edition sweatshirts and boxer briefs to cuddle up with when you want to watch your shows on the couch."
Davidson sans tattoos, is a big change for the comedian, who used to sport many, many tattoos—200 to be exact. However, in 2021, the comedian-turned-actor revealed his plans to "burn off" every last one of them after having been to rehab. As he explained at the time, it would be a long process as he needed time to recover between sessions. "They said by the time I'm 30, they should all be gone," he said to People. "So they got like two more years left of this." Davidson turned 31 in November, so he seems to be pretty close to schedule for revealing his new tattoo-free look.

Davidson gave an update about his tattoo removal process during an appearance on The Tonight Show earlier this year. "They're almost gone," he said, adding that the pain was "horrible." "They gotta burn off a layer of your skin... so really think about that Game of Thrones tattoo," he joked. Speaking of the time when he was getting his tattoos, he said, "I was a sad boy."
Reformation
In his new Reformation campaign, Davidson poses in various outfits: a white T-shirt and boxers, a pair of Reformation's tailored trousers, and their new "Official Boyfriend" sweatshirt.
Naturally, the internet is in a state of shock about Davidson's apparent turn to "clean boy aesthetic".
"Pete Davidson didn’t have to take off ALL his tattoos omfg ??? An angel lost its wings!" read one post on X. Another, however, wrote, "Be honest, Pete Davidson without the tattoos is better." Others were skeptical. "did pete davidson really get all of his tattoos removed or is he just wearing kat von d," read another post, referring to the brand's viral concealer and foundation.
