The post comes just two days after the charges against Delaney were dropped, as a representative for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office told PEOPLE.
She was arrested on a charge of felony assault with a deadly weapon while her husband was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence on March 29, a Marina Del Rey Sheriff’s Station spokesperson previously confirmed to PEOPLE.
TMZ reported that the couple was arrested after a "heated argument turned physical" at their L.A. home.
The charges against her were dropped on April 1 after she appeared in L.A. County Superior Court, as the L.A. District Attorney's Office “declined to file charges against Kim Delaney and James Morgan due to insufficient evidence,” a spokesperson told PEOPLE.
She was released from custody at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, without a formal criminal complaint, per court records.

Delaney previously filed for divorce in early 2023, just five months after she wed Morgan, and sought a temporary restraining order for alleged domestic violence, The Los Angeles Times reported.
When no one appeared in court to formalize it, the temporary restraining order was dropped, as was the divorce case when, similarly, she didn't appear for the hearing.
