Nikki Glaser; Adam Sandler; Timothée ChalametNikki Glaser loves that her Adam Sandler and Timothée Chalamet Golden Globes joke is now an ongoing thing.
During an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark's "After the Oscars Show" episode which aired on Monday, March 3, Glaser, 40, was speaking about her favorite bits from Sunday's star-studded ceremony when she brought up host Conan O'Brien, 61, roasting Sandler, 58, for his choice of attire.
As the casual clothing-loving star — who crashed the ceremony in a bright blue oversized Aviator Nation hoodie and dark blue Adidas basketball shorts — went to leave, he walked up to Chalamet and continued his running joke of saying his last name in an exaggerated fashion. He then kissed the actor on the head.
Glaser first made a joke about how Sandler would say Chalamet's surname in her Golden Globes opening monologue while hosting the ceremony on Jan. 5.

Adam Sandler jokes with Timothée Chalamet at the 2025 OscarsWhile speaking to Kelly Ripa, 54, and Mark Consuelos, 53, after the Oscars, Glaser said of the joke continuing, “I really loved when he [host O'Brien] was talking to Adam Sandler and then Adam Sandler ran up to Timothée Chalamet and goes, ‘Chalameeeeet.' "
“That was the joke I made at the Golden Globes! So I saw like, a callback to my joke and I was watching it, like, [gasp]. It was so awesome," she said, admitting it was "selfishly" one of her favorite moments of the evening.

She said O'Brien did an "A+" job at hosting the show, admitting that she knew he was "going to kill" it beforehand. "We knew we were in good hands, but there was a silliness to it … There was wild stuff happening," she told the hosts.
When Glaser made the joke about Sandler and Chalamet at the Golden Globes, Sandler got involved with teasing the Wonka star by putting his own spin on the pronunciation of his name when the camera cut to him.
Glaser had said, "Your name sounds like something Adam Sandler would say."
Sandler then pronounced his name in the same Sandler-ified manner at his latest Saturday Night Live appearance where he appeared to introduce Chalamet as a musical guest as he was doing double-duty as host.

"You're dressed well, Adam," O’Brien said. With all eyes on him, Sandler responded, "Conan, what's up? My brother, what's going on, man?"
"Adam, what are you wearing?" O'Brien asked, as Sandler then insisted, "Nobody even thought about what I was wearing until you brought it up.”

O’Brien noted that Sandler was "dressed like a guy playing video poker at 2 a.m.," as the Uncut Gems star said, "I like the way I look because I'm a good person. I don't care about what I wear or what I don't wear. Did my snazzy gym shorts and fluffy sweatshirt offend you so much that you had to mock me in front of my peers?"
The mock confrontation resulted in Sandler getting up to leave, before he made his joke with Chalamet, who had been nominated for the Best Actor Oscar for his role in A Complete Unknown. The actor ended up losing out to Adrien Brody for his role in The Brutalist.
