Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Reportedly Selling L.A. Mansion Days After Benji Madden & Cameron Diaz List Theirs

The ‘Simple Life’ alum and Good Charlotte frontman are reportedly selling their 6,100-square-foot abode for $13 million

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have reportedly put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market just days after Madden’s twin brother Benji and his wife Cameron Diaz listed theirs.

The Simple Life alum, 42, and Good Charlotte frontman, 45, are looking to say goodbye to their 6,100-square-foot home for $12.95 million, according to Realtor.com. Property records indicate that the couple officially put their four-bedroom, 5.5-bath abode on the market on July 12, while Benji and Diaz listed theirs on July 9.

Richie and Joel’s home is located in an exclusive gated community in Beverly Hills and features a three-car garage, a library equipped with a fireplace, a spa and an in-ground pool, according to the listing. Olive trees and additional greenery surround the property for added privacy.

Diaz, 51, and Benji, 45, have reportedly listed their Beverly Hills compound located in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood for $17.8 million.

PEOPLE previously reported that the couple — who have been married since 2015 and share two children together — bought the seven-bedroom, 8.5-bath mansion home in 2020 for $14.7 million. The property features a home movie theater and an impressive swimming pool equipped with a waterfall.

Along with a large main house, the sprawling estate includes a separate farmhouse-style guesthouse that is complete with fireplaces, high beamed ceilings and French doors.

In addition to news of their reported listing, Diaz and Benji experienced another big milestone this year when they welcomed their second child together — a son named Cardinal — in March. They also share a daughter named Raddix who was born in December 2019.

Richie and Joel, who have been married since 2010, share two children together as well — daughter Harlow, 16, and son Sparrow, 14.
