Nicole Kidman shuts down bizarre wig question
Nicole Kidman has refused to answer a slightly bizarre question while promoting her new film Destroyer at the Toronto International Film Festival.
The 51-year-old was taking part in a question and answer session but refused to answer a question about wigs.
A reporter shared the slightly awkward encounter on Twitter.
Mark Olsen, movie writer for the Los Angeles Times, said Nicole was asked by an audience member to rank her various movie wigs.
“That’s an awful question,” the Hollywood star reportedly responded.
She went on to say she was “shutting that question down”.

As it turns out though, it is possible there are many fans out there who would actually love to know the answer to that question.
There is actually an entire Instagram account dedicated to all of Nicole Kidman’s wigs.

And people on Twitter echoed the sentiment.
“Why would she shut this question down, it’s amazing,” one person asked.
Nicole has worn a many different wigs and had many different looks throughout her career. For her movie Destroyer she wears a grey hairpiece and is barely recognisable.
She also wears a long red wig in her Emmy-winning series Big Little Lies, and this recent look from ‘The Goldfinch’, which was filming in New York in March.
Perhaps the mum is stressed after reports this week claimed Nicole Kidman was looking to ‘rescue’ her son Connor Cruise, who is being targeted by Scientology bosses, according to New Idea.
Connor Cruise is said to be in lockdown in a Scientology compound in Florida, having been moved into the luxury Sandcastle Hotel in a bid to get him to follow in his dad Tom Cruise’s footsteps, the magazine report claims.
“She is incredibly concerned Connor is being punished for his wild partying and committing crimes in the church’s eyes,” the friend told the publication.
“She plans to do everything in her power to rescue him.”
