From fans to celebs, it seems just about everybody has an opinion on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's relationship—particularly Kelce's fellow NFL stars.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Patrick Peterson shared his take on Tayvis during an appearance on the GOLF’s Subpar podcast on Tuesday, November 12 when he was asked whether he thought the couple's romance was “true love or a flash in the pan.”

“Flash in the pan," Peterson responded immediately.

“Not built to last? You don’t see that?” co-host Drew Stoltz wanted to know.

“I don’t like talking about people’s relationships, but yeah,” Peterson insisted. “I think it’s a flash in the pan.”

Even so, Peterson said he was hoping things worked out.

“We’ll see,” he said. “I wish them the best. I hope it’s not.”

Two more football players—Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman—shared a different, more favorable opinion of Kelce and Swift's partnership on the Oct. 24 episode of their podcast Dudes on Dudes. Both former NFL pros said they thought the pair should think about starting a family.

“He’s a superstar and he’s dating Taylor Swift,” Edelman said, referring to Kelce. “And they might have a kid. That would be a great kid.”

Gronkowski agreed that Kelce and Swift “should have a kid” one day.

“What, would that kid be performing, like, having eight catches a game and then [at] halftime, he’s doing the halftime show?” Gronkowski continued. “In, like, 24 years? So, it would be like the new Ryan Williams, you know how he’s 17 years old at Alabama? So, their kid would be, like, 14 in college [and] they just surpass middle school because he’s so smart.”
