After a tumultuous week where she suffered a very public meltdown and looked set to split with beau, Geoffrey Edelsten, Gabi Grecko has now announced that the pair are engaged.
The Maxim covergirl took to social media to officially announce the news that the 71-year-old had popped the question, captioning a picture of the loved-up pair: "Exclusive: We're engaged!".

The 24-year-old says they have yet to set an exact date but that it will likely be in eight-months - however but she did reveal some details of the 'proposal' itself, telling the Herald Sun: “It was kind of sudden, but we decided to get engaged.”
“It was more like a discussion than a proposal. We wanted it to be a bit more romantic and we will definitely get to that", she added.

The news comes after Gabi was admitted to hospital following her admission that Geoffrey had been texting other women.
The US-born model and DJ took to twitter where she wrote: “sometimes the one you love betrays you the most" alongside a picture of the couple as well as appearing on Sunrise to discuss whether she would give him a second chance.

Shortly after her appearance on air she was taken to Melbourne's St Vincent’s Private Hospital - spotted leaving several hours later with her billionaire boyfriend in a taxi.
At the time Gabi told the Daily Mail she was giving Geoff one more chance, "We're going to give it one more chance. We've been discussing it all morning. I'm tired and exhausted from it all but I've told him if he does it again - it's over," she revealed.
