Aussie television personality Rebecca Judd has taken to her blog to vent her frustration at the body bullying and skinny-shaming and is urging women to celebrate their differences.

“We are all different and we are all NORMAL. This is the message we need to project, not “Is Rebecca Judd a bad role model for being thin?” Seriously?,” the 31-year-old writes.

The naturally-slim star has hit back at claims she has an eating disorder, but rather that it is just her body type, "Remember, being thin is a body type not an illness," she says.

Bec also shared a picture of herself during her first pregnancy, standing next to her sister, Kate Twigley, who has her same slim build.

“Lets ignore the fact that I’m never sick, am super fertile, have delivered 2 x big, healthy babies, have the energy to work a million jobs and have ALWAYS looked like this shall we?,” she added.

Bec, who is a mum to two-year-old son, Oscar, and eight-month-old daughter, Billie, became the target of body bullies after she posted a bikini selfie on her Instagram account back in August, which showcased her slender frame.

But now she has had enough and is urging people to stop judging her and others for their weight, whether it be too skinny or too fat, we need to start celebrating everyone's differences and promoting healthy body image for ourselves and our children.

"Lets educate our children on what it takes to be healthy - that is a good diet and exercise. Let’s not educate them on how to bitch and judge other women’s body types. If you’re skinny or bigger but you’re healthy, that is all that matters - that needs to be the message."
