Megan Gale is back to her bikini best just six-months after welcoming son River Alan Thomas Hampson with partner Shaun Hampson.
The 39-year-old showed off her bikini body in a snap on her Instagram account, with the caption, "A run through the national park and a sunset swim."

Last week Megan debuted her toned-tum on the cover of WHO's Sexiest People issue, in which she told the magazine she has hardly had time to think about being sexy after being in a 'baby bubble'.
“Being a new mum, you’re lucky if you get to fit in a two-minute shower, let along have time to think about being sexy!” she revealed.
“To be honest, I’ve barely had time to get back into any consistent fitness regimen. I think us women shouldn’t be too hard on ourselves post-childbirth.”

Megan and Shaun welcomed son River on May 13, with the little one named after his grandparents on both sides.
"Rivers is my Mums maiden name, Alan after my Dad, Thomas for Shaun's Dad and the last name just like his Daddy's," Megan shared on Instagram.
