Norman family hits back – ‘The truth about Greg’s ex-wives’
It’s been a turbulent five years for Greg Norman – first weathering the
breakdown of his 25-year marriage to Laura Andrassy followed by a whirlwind
romance, wedding and divorce from tennis ace Chris Evert. While the golf star
has finally found true love with interior designer Kirsten Kutner, his sister Janis Norman speaks exclusively to New Idea to put an end to the rumours
surrounding the breakdown of both marriages.

'First we had to deal with Laura and her bitter attack on Greg, and now most
recently Chrissie has decided to follow suit,' Janis explains. 'I have sat back
and read over and over what they have had to say and I decided it was time
the Australian public knew the truth, the other side of the story...'
Greg adds: 'We are a very protective family, so when my sister Janis came to
me and said she wanted to speak out after all these years on behalf of the
Normans, I understood her reasons and obviously supported her wishes.'

Trishna and Krishna’s reunion with their biological mum!
Watching Trishna scoot across the floor on her bike as her sister Krishna
giggles with delight is enough to reduce their biological mum Lovely Mollik to
tears, as she reconnects with her little girls for the first time in three years.

'They are beautiful – they are miracles,' she sobs. 'Seeing them again was the
most wonderful moment of my life.'
The last time the 27-year-old laid eyes on her daughters was when she took
her very ill babies to a Bangladeshi orphanage in the hope they would be saved. They were just 10-weeks-old and joined at the head.
This week, New Idea shares in the family’s heart-warming moment, as Krishna
and Trishna’s new mum and official guardian in Australia, Moira Kelly, helps
Lovely reunite with her two daughters. 'We share a special bond that can
never be broken,' says Moira.

Tradies choose their ladies!
It’s been seven weeks since New Idea launched our Tradie Wants a Lady

down 10 eligible tradies from building sites across Australia – all looking for
romance – before giving our readers a chance to meet the tradie of their
dreams. After being swamped with entries and after much consideration, the
guys whittle down the list of potential soul mates to just two each. This week,
New Idea showcases the lucky ladies who’ve been chosen for a shot at love.
