The model-turned-actress will jet to Cannes later this week in her role as a L’Oréal Paris ambassador to promote her new film, Mad Max.
Speaking about the role, she admits what appealed to her was that it wasn't the typical role people would have expected her to do.
"I wanted to go as rough and raw as possible," she said.
"I was thrilled when they told me they were going to age my skin and give me scars and that my hair was going to be knotty, I was like, ‘bring it on’."
