According to the Daily Mail, the colours are: Henrietta, a "beautiful rich complex pink with a hint of lilac", Antoinette, a "soft pale pink with a hint of brown," reminiscent of "old-fashioned roses and the colour of old plaster" and Emile, a "warm soft aubergine colour with pink red undertones".

Kensington Palace refused to comment on the rumour. A spokesperson for Annie Sloan could not "confirm or deny" they had delivered paint to Anmer Hall.

News comes after bookies have increased odds on William and Kate having a daughter, despite insistences the couple have not yet found out the sex of their second baby, who will be a sibling to 20-month-old Prince George.
