Lynzey: ‘I used to be body obsessed’
A fitness devotee from childhood, 24-year-old Lynzey admits she was obsessed in her quest for the perfect body.
"In the past, it was a bit of overkill. I was too obsessed with getting big enough shoulders, six-pack abs, a big enough bum. Now I do my training because I enjoy it. I’m not as focused on aesthetics as I was."
Still, the occupational therapy student and personal trainer is at the gym five days a week doing a combination of weight training and high-intensity interval training, while weekends generally include ‘paddleboarding, going for a walk or aqua yoga’.

Katie: ‘I was always the bigger girl’
Stunning blonde butcher Katie says she realised just how much weight she’d lost at a school event at the end of Year 10.
"They showed your Year 7 photo along with your Year 10 photo, and I remember everyone was like: 'Whoa!’" she recalls. "I was literally a circle [back then]."
The 21-year-old Sydneysider says she was always ‘the bigger girl’ growing up.
"When you're a kid, there’s this whole 'don’t worry about your appearance' mentality, and I think the weight loss was just a result of me realising appearances matter."
