Beloved Aussie soap Neighbours is coming back with a bang, just over a year since it ended.
Promising a surprise wedding with a jaw-dropping twist, the show has dropped a new promo to get fans excited again before it debuts its new look season in September.
Ramsay Street fans are stoked to see the return of the soap after the emotional finale aired in July 2022.
"This looks so good! Can’t wait," one person commented on the show's Instagram page.
"THE DRAMA!" another excited fan commented.
"Life in our house will be restored back to normal," another eager fan said. "We've really missed Neighbours."
The trailer shows fan favourite Susan making the proclamation, "Gosh, a lot has happened in the last two years," with Karl stating, "All roads lead back to Ramsay Street!"
While fan favourites like Susan, Karl, Toadie and Harold are all returning, there'll be new faces like Hollywood star Mischa Barton popping into Ramsay Street to stir up some drama.
Earlier this year, the show confimed that a new family — the Varga Murphys— would be joining the show.
"Hailing from the other side of the city, the Varga-Murphy family initially take up residence temporarily, and it quickly becomes evident there is more to their arrival than meets the eye," the statement said.
Neighbours also confirmed some old fan faves will feature as guest stars, with April Rose Pengilly and Jodi Gordon reprising their roles as Chloe and Elly, and Guy Pearce returning as Mike Young for a short stint.
Neighbours premieres Monday, September 18 At 4:30pm On 10 And 10 Play at 6:30pm on 10 Peach.
