Need a can't-miss Mother's Day gift? Kardashian-approved Barefoot Dreams blankets are $48 — that's over 65% off

Help mom live her cuddliest life with this celebrity favorite: 'My family fights over it regularly,' says one fan.

Whoever told you that you can't snuggle up under a cozy blanket now that the weather's warmer must hate joy. You can (and should) keep a soft blanket in rotation all year long because, well, life is short and nothing feels better — especially when the air-conditioner is on blast. Barefoot Dreams' CozyChic throw blanket, beloved by celebrities including Kourtney Kardashian, Jennifer Garner and Hilary Duff, is up to 66% off. Gift one of these normally pricey throws to your mom, grandma or another loved one this Mother's Day.

This super-soft microfiber beauty comes wrapped up in a bow — even better for gifting!

$48 at Nordstrom Rack

Like most celebrity-backed products, Barefoot Dreams blankets typically cost a pretty penny. Right now, however, the CozyChic Stripe Throw Blanket is going for a ridiculous $48 (in all three available colors), which is $97 off the original retail price of $145.

Two other styles are also on sale: The CozyChic Microstripe Blanket is down to $56 (61% off) and the leopard-print In The Wild Throw is down to $60 (66% off).

At these prices, you can snag a few — one for you, one for mom — ahead of Mother's Day.

If you think a throw blanket is a lame Mother's Day gift, well, you're right. But this isn't just any throw blanket — fans say it's the softest, most cuddly blanket you can buy. And there's nothing lame about gifting mom with a high-quality home essential, especially if she's always walking around in a cardigan because of overly frigid AC.

There are many reasons why both celebrities and mere mortals are obsessed with Barefoot Dreams. This blanket is made of microfiber that stays impossibly soft wash after wash. Unlike other microfiber blankets, it doesn't pill, snag or shed. Plus, it's machine-washable. The stripes work with just about any aesthetic, while the animal print is a little more fun and feminine.

Khloe Kardashian once tweeted that her Barefoot Dreams blanket was "honestly my favorite blanket in the entire world." Tons of Nordstrom Rack shoppers agree.

"What's not to love?" wrote one five-star fan. "Bought this blanket on sale and would buy 10 more. My family fights over it regularly because it's so light, but warm, so soft and buttery. It's the best thing I've purchased in a while."

Raved another shopper: "Not super thick, very soft, washes really nice. This was a go-to gift this year."

"I love Barefoot Dreams blankets and robes! They are so soft and I love the stripes in gray," said another major fan. "My friend just had surgery and was ecstatic to get this gift as she recuperates."

It's hard to find someone who doesn't love the coziness of these blankets. However, some people say they're a bit smaller than they anticipated. The Stripe and Microstripe styles measure 45 inches by 60 inches. The leopard-print blanket is 54 inches by 72 inches (and costs a little more).

"I bought this during a good sale and love the product despite the size," said one person. "I saw the 'one size fits most' and forgot to check the measurement, and ended up with a blanket that was a lot smaller than I was looking for. Still is a great quality product."

"Bought this because I love my other Barefoot Dreams blanket. It was so cute and cozy but way smaller than I expected. Think more of a small throw than a full-sized blanket," added another.

Want a slightly bigger blanket? Go for this fun, still-classy leopard print in camel and cream.
