Naomi Watts and Kai Schreiber, Maya Rudolph and Pearl Minnie and More Mother-daughter Pairs at Balenciaga’s Fall 2024 Couture Show During Paris Fashion Week

Balenciaga’s fall 2024 couture show during Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday turned into a family affair for a number of famous mother-daughter pairs. High-profile stars like Naomi Watts, Maya Rudolph and more sat front row with their loved ones, and fashioned some stylish threads of their own.

Naomi Watts and Kai Schreiber

Oscar-nominated actress Watts and her daughter Kai Schreiber opted for opposite ends of the color spectrum for their respective looks at Wednesday’s fashion show. Watts opted for Old Hollywood glamour, favoring an ivory skirt and blouse with long sleeves and a dramatic V-neckline, along with exaggerated shoulders. She paired the look with crisp white gloves and styled her hair in a flouncy curled bob à la Marilyn Monroe. Watts also accessorized with a pair of statement earrings.

Schreiber, who Watts shares with former partner Liev Schreiber, opted for a black lace, long-sleeve blouse and coordinated black midi skirt for her look. Like her mother, she also wore black sunglasses to complete her ensemble, which she styled with statement earrings.

Maya Rudolph and Pearl Minnie Anderson

“Saturday Night Live” alum Rudolph favored a bright shade of blue for her look at Balenciaga’s fall 2024 couture show. Rudolph wore a selection from the Spanish luxury fashion house’s 2025 resort collection, which debuted in Shanghai last May. The long-sleeve midi frock featured a wave-like pattern in shades of blue. She paired the look with pointed-toe heels and statement earrings.

Anderson, who Rudolph shares with partner Paul Thomas Anderson, wore a floor-length, long-sleeve black dress with a high neckline for her respective look. Pearl Minnie Anderson also pulled her hair back and wore a set of statement earrings for the fashion show.

Nicole Kidman and Sunday Rose Kidman Urban

Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman opted for a monochrome look for her ensemble for Wednesday’s fashion show. She wore a black floor-length dress with short sleeves. Kidman’s dress also featured sparkling elements on the fabric, which made the dress shimmer as cameras flashed. She kept her accessories minimal and wore a pair of black sunglasses to go with her look.

Kidman’s daughter Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, who the actress shares with husband Keith Urban, wore a black long-sleeve minidress. The velvet dress featured exaggerated shoulders. Sunday Rose paired the look with black tights and pointed-toe heels. Like her mother, she also wore black sunglasses.
