Sydney mum-of-two Leah Kingsley did gymnastics at age 11 until glandular fever saw her stop.

Leah has two daughters aged five and eight, who clearly follow in her flexible footsteps.

After heading back to the gym following the birth of her second child, Leah eased into it with a handstand.

She now practices an hour every day and does private coaching.

Leah is a certified fitness instructor but often turns to Youtube for inspiration for new gymnastic moves.

After three decades away from gymnastics, the 41-year-old has vowed never to stop doing it again.

The single mum-of-two now has nearly 40,000 followers on Instagram.
