Millie Bobby Brown Went Back to Brunette After Her Blonde Bombshell Transformation
Is this her... fourth hair transformation?

I will admit it—I am utterly fascinated by Millie Bobby Brown's hair this year. Because she and her tresses have been on a real journey. In the past month, the Stranger Things actress has gone from mousy brown, to bombshell blonde, to bubblegum pink, to blonde bob, back to a deep chocolate brunette. The range!
Brown's latest look sees the actress going for what might just be the darkest shade yet. The actress spent an afternoon out at the semi-final of the Miami Open at Hard Rock Stadium with husband Jake Bongiovi and his famous dad Jon Bon Jovi. There, she wore her hair in a deep brunette shade, styled in a slicked-back, center-parted bun, held in place with an oversized red ruffled hair clip.

Her chic, dark new look comes after she swapped her natural light brown hair for a '90s-inspired blonde bombshell look that drew comparisons to Britney Spears. She wore her blonde hair in a sleek bun to the SAG Awards and, later, styled the blonde look in a Pamela Anderson-esque updo. Just one week ago, she ditched the bleached blonde look and debuted long pastel pink hair on the Florence By Mills Instagram page. A few days later, Brown had apparently gone back to blonde and chopped her hair into a "soft girl" bob.

Brown's hair journey has come alongside a slew of press coverage, some of which has criticized her new look as being "too old." Brown was quick to call out the unfair coverage as "bullying." “I started in this industry when I was 10 years old. I grew up in front of the world, and for some reason, people can’t seem to grow with me,” she said in a video. "Instead, they act like I’m supposed to stay frozen in time, like I should still look the way I did on Stranger Things season 1. And because I don’t, I’m now a target.” She went on to criticize the media for “tearing [her] down for clicks.”

While I can't predict what Brown will do next with her look, one thing's clear—she is always up for a fun change. In fact, in a recent interview on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast, the actress mused that might even shave her head again like she did for the first season of Stranger Things. She explained she “loved the experience." She went on, "I always tell Jake [Bongiovi], for my first baby, I want to shave my hair off."
