Miami Heat NBA Star Duncan Robinson and Longtime Girlfriend Caroline Nava Seemingly Confirm Engagement

NBA star Duncan Robinson may be heading down the aisle!

The Miami Heat forward, 30, subtly announced his engagement on Wednesday, Feb. 19. His longtime girlfriend, Caroline Nava, posted an Instagram reel showing that they were on a romantic getaway in the Bahamas. In the comments section, Robinson called Nava his "Wifey ❤️."

The real estate agent shared in her caption that it was "A weekend full of endless surprises 🥹."

"I wish I could re-live it over and over again," Nava continued. "Love you forever @d_bo20."

In another Instagram post, Nava called Robinson her "fiancé."

"Bahamas film ft. my fiancé 🙊," she captioned her post alongside several film photos from their vacation. The final image was a sweet picture of the pair hugging by the beach.

In the comments section, friends of the couple wished them congratulations.

"So so happy for you!! ☺️," singer Leanna Crawford commented.

At the time, PEOPLE reached out to Robinson's representative for comment, but they were not authorized to speak about players' personal lives.

Recently, Nava added a new section to her Instagram Story Highlights simply titled, "💍" with many of her saved stories featuring pictures of her diamond sparkler.

In one video story posted on Feb. 15, the couple sip on glasses of champagne at sunset while embracing friends and family near a pathway lined with pink rose petals, vases of white roses and white candles, where the engagement seemingly took place. "Surrounded by our people 🩵," Nava wrote in an onscreen caption.

It's unclear exactly when Robinson and Nava began dating, but it has been more than five years.

Robinson first appeared on Nava's Instagram page in November 2019. Since then, the bride-to-be has lovingly posted about her fiancé several times. Meanwhile, Robinson keeps his social media presence mostly professional.

Robinson last made headlines in August 2021, when he joined the Miami Heat after signing a $90 million, five-year contract with the team. It was the largest contract in NBA history for an undrafted player.
