Meghan Markle is getting back to work—four months after the birth of her first child Archie Mountbatten Windsor.
But now she’s ready to divert the attention to her charitable causes with the day set to focus on the launch of a new charity clothing line for Smartworks.
Meghan’s back on the job
The line will launch on September 12 and is based on on a "one-for-one" model, meaning for each item sold, another piece will be donated to charity.
And although the appearance reportedly marks the official end to the duchess’ maternity leave, she’s definitely stayed busy during the first months of Archie’s life.
Most notably, Meghan guest edited the September issue of British Vogue, which aimed to focus on women who were ‘Forces for Change’.
Among its honourees were the likes of Greta Thunberg, Jane Fonda, Jameela Jamil, Salma Hayek, Christy Turlington, Laverne Cox and New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern.
Last month, followers got a sneak preview of the upcoming collection in the Sussex’s Instagram story which showed Meghan laughing and smiling as she greeted the Smartworks’ models and staff.
Dressed down in black skinny jeans and an oversized Frank & Eileen stripped shirt, the 38-year-old matched the look with a pair of her go-to nude heels.
Also spotted in the 30-second clip is fashion designer Misha Nonoo, who is famously said to have introduced Harry and Meghan, and is working alongside her close pal on the new release.
