Megan Fox's Ex Brian Austin Green Tells Machine Gun Kelly to "Grow Up" After Split
"How old is he? He's in his 30s, right?"
Brian Austin Green is not mincing words when it comes to his ex-wife Megan Fox's recent split with Machine Gun Kelly. On Wednesday, news broke that the former couple had broken up just weeks after announcing that they were expecting their first child together and Green offered his unfiltered thoughts on the breakup.
In a video posted by TMZ, Green—who was married to Fox for 10 years—revealed that he had "no idea" his ex and MGK (born Colson Baker) had parted ways after Fox allegedly found texts involving other women on his phone. "How old is he? He's in his 30s, right?" Green asked the reporter. He added, "In your 30s, like, I don't know, grow up, you know? She's pregnant."
After delivering his harsh criticism of Kelly, Green continued: "I just want the best for her, I want the best for the baby, I want the best for our kids." The actor went on to explain that he was "heartbroken" to hear about the split as Fox and their three kids—sons, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey— have been "so excited" about the pregnancy.
Green's statement comes after Fox shared her sons's reactions to learning they were getting another sibling. "The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family and have promised to help out and pitch in," Fox previously told People, before revealing how she's navigating her fourth pregnancy with sleep, exercise, and a healthy diet.
Fox and Kelly began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass and got engaged in January 2022. Of the breakup, a source close to Fox says she was "blind-sided," adding, "She's been distraught." In light of the split, however, Fox is "trying to focus on" preparing for the baby on the way. "It's her priority," says the insider.
