Members of Mötley Crüe have each found partners that kickstart their hearts.

The heavy metal foursome — consisting of bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee, lead vocalist Vince Neil and guitarist John 5, who replaced longtime member Mick Mars in 2022 — has lit up stadiums worldwide for more than 40 years. They have also sparked media attention for their high-profile relationships, including Lee and Sixx’s early marriages to actresses Pamela Anderson and Donna D’Errico, respectively.

These days, the fast-paced life of a rockstar has slowed down for the legendary musicians. Though the band is still producing metal hits, Lee, Sixx, John and Mars have all settled into marriages, while Neil has had a long-term girlfriend since 2011.

Read on to learn more about Lee’s wife of five years, Brittany Furlan, and other real-life loves of Mötley Crüe.

Tommy Lee met his current wife in the most relatable way — through a dating app!

Lee, 61, married former Vine star Brittany Furlan on Valentine’s Day in 2019, two years after the couple met on the celebrity dating site Raya. On the podcast How to Talk to Girls, hosted by dating coach Tripp Kramer, the social media personality, 37, opened up about her love story with the drummer, saying that Lee was “so persistent” and “so nice” after they matched.

"It was like a week later we ended up meeting up, we were both working Pride fest … I went up and tapped him on the shoulder, and he just gave me the biggest, warmest hug, and he held my hand," Furlan recalled. "We were just together ever since then."

Appearing on the Netflix documentary The American Meme, which profiled Furlan, Lee revealed that he had been following the star since her Vine days.

“I was like, 'She is so funny, and stupid and cute and beautiful,' " the musician said.

After Hulu released Pam & Tommy in 2022, a drama chronicling Anderson and Lee’s very public relationship, Furlan received hate on social media for simply being the drummer’s wife. She decided to address the criticism in a TikTok, assuring her supporters that she is “good.”

“Don't worry about the people that are saying all the mean things they're saying. I don't live in that world, so please don't stress,” Furlan said in the video.

Regarding the renewed drama following the Hulu series, Furlan told PEOPLE in 2023, “We don’t live in the past.”

“Everyone else seems to stay in the past and talk about the past all the time, but we're living our life. This is our story. We don't even have conversations about that because that's not a part of our life,” she continued. “My husband's just such a great guy. The fact that we get pulled into this stuff again and again is very exhausting. But it is what it is."

Nikki Sixx has been happily married to his wife Courtney Sixx (née Bingham) for more than a decade.

The Mötley Crüe bassist, 65, married the model, 38, in 2014 after four years of dating. In 2019, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Ruby.

Courtney, in a 2014 Q&A with the website Van Gogh’s Ear Anthology, admitted that she didn’t know much about Nikki or Mötley Crüe at first. A mutual friend introduced them to each other, and the two spoke over the phone for a few weeks before meeting in person, where they “instantly clicked.” The pair split briefly due to a text miscommunication, but a chance run-in at the airport led to a reconciliation.

"We went out to Sugarfish, my favorite. It was supposed to be just a friendly dinner … After we got back together, we both knew [this was] it,” she recounted on Furlan’s podcast Worst Firsts.

Although Nikki and Courtney opt to keep the details of their relationship private, Courtney gushed about her husband to Inside Weddings following their Los Angeles nuptials.

"As soon as I saw Nikki standing there waiting for me, smiling, I wanted to freeze time," the Bouquet Box founder told the outlet. "It will always be the best moment of my life."

In 2023, Courtney gave PEOPLE an insight into how the two keep their relationship strong — from trying to “keep things spicy” by buying new lingerie to letting the phone ring to make the rock star guess, “What’s she up to?”

“We've been together 13 years, but it feels like we just met," Courtney noted. "And you know what? I'll say we are each other's best friends, and we've worked really hard to have such a solid foundation. So we truly just love hanging out. And with Ruby, it's so fun.”

John 5 — whose real name is John Lowery — tied the knot a decade-and-a-half ago with hair stylist Rita Lowery (née Aghajani).

The 53-year-old guitarist, who joined the band after Mick Mars’ departure in 2022, first encountered his future wife when he came to her workplace, Giuseppe Franco Salon, at the suggestion of a friend. On Jenny Mollen’s podcast Third Wheel, the couple retold their love story, from their initial meeting at the salon to John proposing to Rita, 43, a second time on their 10th anniversary.

On June 15, Rita posted a montage of the couple’s weekend getaway in celebration of their 15th wedding anniversary.

“I procrastinate! 15 year Wedding Anniversary. 15 days late postin☠️🦀,” the RITAHAIR founder joked in the caption. “Thank you @john5official for the best weekend! You got romantic but just enough to not make me nauseous👍👍💕 we’re not fans of romance- just in small increments..”

In his own tribute post to his wife for their milestone, John wrote under a throwback photo on Instagram, “15 years ago you made me the happiest man in the world. You are my everything. Thank you for being by my side through thick and thin. I love you @rlowery.”

Although Vince Neil is the only unmarried Mötley Crüe band member, he has been in a long-term relationship for 13 years.

The singer, 63, has been dating makeup artist Rain Hannah since 2011. Neil and Hannah are relatively private about their relationship, only appearing on each other’s social media feeds occasionally. The two raised a dog together — a Yorkshire named California “Cali” Wolf — but in June 2020, Hannah revealed on her Instagram that Cali was “brutally hunted” and killed by two dogs in the neighborhood.

Later that year, the couple welcomed three new dogs into their family, Thumbelina, Wilhelmina and Madalene. When Neil is not touring with Mötley Crüe, he spends time with Hannah on their horse ranch.

Mick Mars and his wife Seraina Mars (née Schönenberger) dated for six years before they wed in 2013, and since then, they haven’t left each other’s sides.

The former Mötley Crüe lead guitarist and co-founder, 73, and the model met at one of the band’s concerts in 2007. In a Blick magazine interview one year later, Seraina said that they experienced “love at first sight.”

“I am totally in love,” she told the publication. “[He is] the man of my life. We are the perfect couple.”

In December 2020, Seraina made a rare social media post to commemorate her seventh anniversary with Mick, whom she married on Friday the 13th.

“i know it has been a difficult year for all of us, but having your soulmate by your side makes you feel like you can conquer anything together🥰,” Seraina captioned a playful selfie of the couple.

Seraina has also lent a helping hand in Mick’s career, from customizing his onstage outfits to packaging signed copies of her husband’s album. A fan commented on a 2022 Instagram post of an adornment she added to her purse, asking if she would decorate Mick’s concert attire. She answered, “i sometimes do- like patches that i make, add studs or customize a guitar strap or something... he's not a fan of chains though because he doesn't want the possibility of getting tangled up while playing.”

Most recently, she posted a photo of their cat Dexter with the caption, “to all of you awesome souls who ordered a signed copy of mick's album: dexter and i were teamworking bigtime today to get the records ready for their marsman- signatures.”
